Hi my name is naudine i am 15 and have had light brown spots on my upper torso mainly the stomach for about 2 years now but it use to be just above my belly botton and under me rib cage but now its on my neck under my arm and under wear my bra goes my one friend said it could be my celsium? my sister says it looks like leopard spots

Hello,
It sounds like a fungal infection. However, without a photo it’s hard to tell. If it’s fungal and not very aggressive you might want to try an OTC-anti fungal cream or spray.
