What Do Large Disc Osteophyte Complex Narrowing The Ventral And Dorsal CSF Spaces And A Left Paracentral Annular Tear Suggest?

At C6-7, I have large disc osteophyte complex narrowing the ventral and dorsal CSF spaces, there is also a left paracentral annular tear. Thecal sac measures 9mm AP. Moderate to advanced left and moderate right neural foraminal stenosis. What does this mean?

There are bony outgrowth which are obstructing the flow of fluid in spine and there are also narrowing of nerve entry so nerves are being pinched. You should meet neurosurgeon soon as he will explain about the usefulness of surgery in your case. Till visit to doctor maintain proper posture while standing , sitting and sleeping.
