What Do Itchy Spots On The Face, Back And Legs Indicate?

I have spots on my face back and legs where the top skin starts to die then turns into a sore, thick hard stringy stuff pushes up out of this and won t heal until it all comes out. Sometimes there is a weird smell. It itches and hurts all the time until it goes away. I ve been to many doctors some said acne then no they have no answers.

Hi,

It looks like oil glands or blocked pores which gets infected leading to the symptoms that you are facing. Bad smelling discharge can be due infection caused by bacteria due to clogged pores. You should consult a skin specialist and get evaluated.

For now start scrubbing your body and face twice a week using face scrub. Use a body brush to scrub daily to avoid the pores to block. Take daily showers. Drink plenty of water and keep yourself well hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
