What Do Irregular Spots On The Back Indicate?

i was born with a mole or birthmark on my back upper shoulder and I have freckles on every part of my body and face. I am fair skinned,hazel eyes and light brown hair. lately ive noticed that my mole on my back has gotten jagged and not even shaped with a dark pink halo around it and it itches. I have also noticed some freckles have gotten bigger in size and darker and I h have these bumps on my hands that are light in color and have a warty like appearance. and I have been finding some irregular shaped spots that aren t big but are irregular shaped and look very dark almost black I am 36 years old and I do not spend much time at all in the sun. should I be concerned?

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to consult your dermatologist immediately as the growth in the size of the mole and the transitions you are having ain't good. You may also need a biopsy of the skin to rule out malignancy.
