uterus is normal
no pregnancy in uterus
cystic lesion as hypoecgic lesion in uterus
i would suggest CT scan pelvis to detect the exact nature of lesion in wall of uterus
please also tell about your symptoms
come back to hcm with CT scan report and your symptoms then i will be more comfortable to suggest further action
if you have any further query then you can come back to hcm i will definitely help you and guide you appropriately
