What Do Inflammation In Stomach With Diverticulosis Indicate?

I am having pain in my right side under breast, pain down the front to stomach, and lower back pain. I have just had a cat scan of abdominal and pelvis, colonoscopy and upper scope. All negative. Dr did take biopsies of stomach which showed inflammation. Colon showed diverticulosis. Waiting results of biopsies. Had a tibial ligation and complete hysterectomy. Should I be concerned about ovarian cancer and look into it.
