General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe he has some psychological problem. Ask him if he knows that he is troubling you. If he agrees ask him to consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.
Ask him to not to drink when he is with you.
Strictly tell him if these two are not done, you are not going to allow him.
I wish you a good luck. Thank you.
