What Do Hard Lumps Under The Left Arm Indicate?

Swelling, some hard lump areas from under left arm to waist. Maybe one tender area under left breast. Most swelling seems to be located at waist area. Breast Cancer 16 years ago, right side. What type of MD should I see for diag.? Any idea what cause could be. Some lumps by outer hip area for years. Now swelling extended to left side and some around left back.

Some of the most common causes of armpit lumps include:
- fibrous tissue growth (fibroadenoma)
-cysts or fluid filled sacs
- allergic reactions to deodorant, antiperspirant, or soap
- viral or bacterial infections
Warning signs that may indicate a more serious armpit lump include:
- gradual enlargement
- no pain
-does not go away
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-use warm compresses
-use over-the-counter creams like bivacine cream
-use pain relief medication like ibuprofen if needed
