What Do Growing, Multiple Lumps Under The Skin On Chin Mean?

I have a lump under the skin on my chin. I noticed that it got bigger. Then there was another small lump next to it, now I found more small lumps on the right side of my face at the chin line every day they seem to get bigger. I don t know what to do.

these are nothing but benign sebaceous cysts. they arise from minor trauma like shaving or itching.

not to worry much but just take caution not to infect them.
