What Do Gravid Uterus And Early Pregnancy In The Below Ultrasound Report Suggest?

MY ultrasound report is below...Findings:- Uterus Is gravid, and anteverted in position, show one gestational sac at the fundal region..MSD-1.08mm. yolk sac is seen but no fetal pole is yet seen.Both adnexal regions are normal.No free fluid collection is seen in the Cul de sac. Impression: Very very early pregnancy. Adv-Follow up scan after 2 weeks to confirm pregnancy.what can i do now..??? What should i do....???

Hello. Gravid uterus is the term used for a pregnant uterus. The report suggests an early pregnancy. You need to consult a gynecologist regarding the same and commence on vitamins and go in for lab work up in case you want to go ahead with the pregnancy. In case not then too you need to hurry and consult since the earlier it is the better it is to terminate.
