There are several possibilities with these symptoms like mild intestinal infections, parasites, worms in intestine, anal fissures or piles, irritable bowel syndrome, or rarely it could be a cancer if you are in elderly age group or have family history of intestine cancer. You need to visit a surgeon urgently. Get your stool tests for microscopy, stool culture and sensitivity, ultrasound scan of abdomen, clinical examination to come to a diagnosis. Treatment will depend on the reports like antibiotics incase of infections to surgery in case of cancer. Don t delay doctor s visit. Keep taking good nutritious diet. I hope my reply will help you.
