What Do Flaky Particles Under The Foreskin Suggest?

My penis is uncircumcised, I had a series of intense sexual encounters (with condoms) for the past few days and now I notice flakey like substance under the foreskin and recently i noticed blisters and cuts round the head that hurt when I try to pull the skin back The skin appears very dry and shaft skin is pealing. Any indication on what this may be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think you have candida infection. It is a fungal infection commonly caused by using soaps and chemicals directly in your penis. I advise you and your sexual partner to take Tab. Fluconazole along with an topical ointment Clotrimazole for seven days. Also, avoid sexual activities for a week.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Milan Kharel, General & Family Physician
