What Do Fibrotic Densities On Right Lung Mean On An X-ray Report?

Last 2012 I was diagnosed with PTB and got confined, I had a tube inserted at my left side of my lungs and after that I was able to recover but this year I ve been coughing for almost 3 weeks but taking meds, then decided to have an xray, they found out that I am positive again with PTB. The results we re fibrohazed infiltrates in the upper left of the lungs with superior traction with the left hilum and mediastinal shift towards the left. Fibrotic densities on right lung. Other structures are unremarkable. What does this mean? Im afraid what happened to me last 2012 could happen again which was Tension Pneumothorax that led me dead for 3 minutes.
