What Do Elevated Liver Enzymes Indicate?
hi dr. I was told about 2 weeks ago that my liver levels were high.I went to Kaiser Permanente on a Saturday and that same day my doctor told me on-stat results that my liver enzymes were elevated I did tell him that I did drink occasionally he asked me not to drink the rest of the day and to come back Sunday . the doctor told me to do lab work again on-stat results and it showed that my liver levels have gone down significant what does that mean does that mean that I still have liver damage I don t have Hepatitis A B or cand I am HIV negative I do have Addison s disease buttwant to know if I m going to be ok I have not been drinking any more and drinking a lot of water please help
