General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Suggestive of Good pasture syndrome. Based on the history and the lab results your daughter seems to be suffering from a condition involving lungs and kidney called 'Good pasture syndrome'. It is due to formation of antibodies which attack the collagen in the lungs and kidneys. I advise you to consult a child specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
