Diffuse thinning of corpus callosum and bilateral Periventricular sub ependymal nodular heterotopia of along the temporal horn lateral ventricles? Baby is 2yrs old female a preterm baby born around 36 weeks ..having speech & walking difficulty..MRI showed this defect ...kindly suggest me what has to done!

its.a neurological illness. in this problem in development of brain ..so he have problem in corpus collusioum and brain also ..called htrotropias. give child to pieracitam and give speech therapy AND consult peadriatic neirologist...
