yes a ,4yrs female, has these very dark skin lesson or blisters around the rectal area, no pain or itching in area , until after wiping area after bowel movement, What can this be?!!!!!!!

This can just be skin tags which can be removed surgically. But once get her examined with proctosope if she is having any other associated problem. If she doesn't have anything and if it's bothering her then, just get it removed.
