Hi i m 28 yr old i had a missed abortion in my first pregnancy..a very small cysist found in my ovary..doctors says its normal..then i wait for 3 month for next pregnancy..now i m trying since 4 month but until i m not concievinng.wat was d reazn..evry month ifeel cramping nd vomiting like feelng.like pregnancy symptoms bt not success

hi...its normal physiologic one. cramps and mild abdominal pain is occur due to fluctuation in hormone levels in body..mostly such symptoms occurs cyclic fashion and go away without any treatment .
as far as you are trying to concieve increase frequency of intercourse from 3 days prior to ovulation..it will increase the chances..
