What Do Burning Sensation And Cysts In The Anus Indicate?

Hello, My name is Neil Goldstein, I have had severe burning on my anus and in my rectum that started in April 2009 after taking many antibiotics while in Thailand where i was living at the time. I had a rather small infection from cutting my finger while preparing food , it was while i was taking antibiotics (amoxicillin) for this cut on my finger that i developed diarrhea, it was unusually foul and much undigested food and when it would burn very severe i would have difficulty voiding. So Doctors kept changing antibiotics thinking it was a bacterial prostate problem, I have never had rectal sex before but on rare occasion did not use a condom during hetero sex ( I am a 54 year old hetero male). So 2 years go by and i come back home to Maui where my doctor/ /friend gave me Flucanazole (200mg 2x a day for 8 weeks. It started working within 3 days ,much less of the severe burning and my voiding improved big time, it gets 95% - 97%.better. It stays this way for 4 years and i was happy. Now after 4 years it starts to come back (august 2015) except this time the Flucanazole works BUT only as long as I stay on it. And now the Flucanazole hardly works at all .I M FINDING IT HARD TO FIND THE RIGHT DOCTOR FOR THIS. I saw a colorectal doctor in Honolulu and told him about my problem and pointed out that recently white bumps appeared on my anus, he acted very rude saying he was too busy and was running late and said those bumps are cysts, and refused to culture or biopsy. I am scheduled Dec 19 2017 to be put under by a doctor (general surgery) here on Maui who says he will take biopsies for fungi. I m hoping for the best but after Stanford urology , Mayo clinic AZ and many more like the rude colarectal doctor in Honolulu, i must say that feel scared. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THIS NEXT DOCTOR ACTS THE SAME AS SOME OTHERS HAVE ? , LIKE THEY DON T SEEM TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CANDIDA AND SOME EVEN SAYING IT DOESN T EXIST IN MALES. My symptoms are very intense, burning pain and now the presence of white pustules.
