General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. It looks like you are suffering from a parasitosis ,scabies .The 2 most widely used treatments for scabies are permethrin cream and malathion lotion (brand name Derbac M). Both medications contain insecticides that kill the scabies mite. Permethrin 5% cream is usually recommended as the first treatment. Malathion 0.5% lotion is used if permethrin is ineffective.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you.
Best regards, Dr.Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
