What Do Brwon Bean Looking Objects In Stool Indicate?

dark brown coffee bean looking objects in stool, happens every now and then, little bit of discomfort on and off in upper left abdomen, no bleeding, no pain, no nausea, no loss of appetite, but recently diagnosed with lactose intolerance and just had glandular fever, what could be the issue?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the consistency, color, odor of fecal material is depends upon the diet taken and it may not be the disease condition here in your case in absence of symptoms it is nothing to worry because it is not the pathological condition that causes the coffee bean appearance but it could be normal one hope this information helps.
