Hello: I am a 55 year old woman in pretty good health. Always worked out until this past year when I have lost a lot of my motivation. I think I m a bit of a hypochondriac because I am always worried about health issues. I have normal blood pressure, I work at home, but I am very stressed out lately. Mostly, I feel achy this past week and have been quite depressed. I noticed when I get up from my bed/desk (what can I say, I have an iPad), my back feels stiff in the middle.n since I have read that shoulder blade pain can be a warning sign, I am concerned. Are there other reasons for this symptom? I have felt a bit fluish lately or this week. I think I usually over-worry, but I am overw I gym and have not exercised recently.
