General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Indentation on the skull what you are noticing could be due to vitamin and mineral deficiency.
However, it would be advisable to undergo the following investigations before treating with supplementation of vitamin and minerals.
1. x-ray of the skull or
2. CT scan of the affected region.
If no reason could be established to the cause, it can be treated with adequate supplementation of Vitamin D, Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium.
Kindly consult Orthopaedician in this regard with reports for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
Wish you good luck.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.
