What Do WBC Of 15, Absolute Neutrophil Of 9.7 With Break Out Of Hives Suggest?

WBC of 15, absolute neutrophil of 9.7 Breaking out in hives, feel nervousness and fatigue daily. Had a week of prednisone for the hives. Took 20mg TID for 3 days and 20mg BID for 2 days. This ended on a friday. On Monday I went in to the doctor and had CBC and CMP done. All my labs were perfect except those two. I still continue with tired, nervousness. on Zyrtec and allegra daily.
