hi i want to reduce my weight in 3 months plz tl me wht diet should i follow including proper diet chart breakfast lunch & dinner & without joining gym plzzzzz mail me the diet chart on my this id plz dnt include sprouted things thnxxxxxxxxxxxxx wait for ur mail

Hi thanks for using HCM
i would like to suggest you to follow no carbs diet for atleast 1 month. In this you will have to give up on carbohydrates for atleast 1 month. No sugar , no wheat and not rice. Only protein rich diet . You can have fat in this . This will help you shedding 10-15 pounds in initial 1 month. From second month introduce 20-50 mg of carbs in your diet. The second phase will continue for 8 weeks . In this you will loose 3-5 pounds and at last you will need to make some lifestyle changes like
eat short frequent meals, do not starve your self for longer periods, have plenty of proteins . DO not take salt after 8 pm.
you will see your self in new avatar in 3 months
