hi i got typhoid in nov month but now its ok but still m feeling very weak.m taking homeopathy medicine to recover.i recover a lot but still m feeling very weak from inside n suddenly my stomach get upset sometime.pls advise me what should i eat so that i can feel strong and my stomach will be ok.pls advise me what should i add in my diet and what should i avoid..pls help me
That stomach upset you are experiencing could be because of several reasons. That may or may not be because of typhoid fever you had directly or indirectly. A physical examination is required to identify if it is because of that or some other cause. One common cause could be acid peptic disease. Consume a well balanced diet rich in proteins and vitamins. Consult your doctor for a physical examination to identify the cause of that stomach upset. Consume lots of fruits and vegetables and a soft diet.
