Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Diet in diabetes needs to be small feeds in frequent intervals.
You need to avoid giving certain foods like refined sugars and refined wheat flour. Vegetables that need to be avoided are potato, sweet potato, and beetroot.
Include in the diet more green leafy vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber and pulses.
Avoid fruits like sapodilla, banana, and jackfruit. Papaya, apple with outer skin and citrus fruits can be consumed safely.
Controlling blood glucose levels by medication, exercising for 30 minutes daily, proper and proportionate diet, and control of emotions by means of meditation are very much essential.

Kindly follow the recommendations as suggested by your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
