What Diet Should Be Followed In Case Of Gastritis?

Good afternoon,may i ask you, i have a problem about acid im my stomach,at the moment i am taking Nexium.and avoid coffee,tea,alchol,spicy food,and i still feeling the same problem,i am worry i have something els, sorry i am not good english.thank you very much

You have problem of gastritis that can treated by proton pump inhibitor drugs.

Avoid stressful condition.
Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking.

Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Drink more water per day.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks, turnips. ..etc.

Avoid citrus foods.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
