i m a diabetic patient.. my age is 27 years, i do alwaz yoga nd gym.. i m also talking medicine regarding diabetics suggest by doctor.. i m also following the diet chart suggest by dietecian.. sir can u tell me whether can i take glucon D or sweet once in a week..

Hi,

yes. You can take. But the calories intake should be balanced. If you take one type of extra food then the amount of calories in that should be reduced from other routine food according to the diet chart.
