Hematologist Dr. Hardik Sanghvi's  Response
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your father has acute myeloid leukemia. His hemoglobin and platelets are very low. His red spots are due to low platelet count. He should take chemotherapy. Diet does not have much impact. Just take proper nutritional diet with adequate iron and b12 supplements.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
