What Could Tingly, Spasm Like Pain In Temple While Having Frequent Migraines Mean?

I am female, 27 at weigh around 210 and 5 7. I suffer from chronic mirgaines, and have daily dull headaches. Yesterday, I started to have this sudden shap pain on my left side of my forehead. This isn t pain that I have experienced before with my migraines. I also feel this tingly, muscle type spasm by my temple on the same side of my head. I am wondering if I should consult my doctor? I always feel like I am bothering them when I call and they will just tell me it is nothing.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
This could be an acute attack of migraine over your chronic migraine. I think a dose of ibuprofen should help.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shubham Mehta, Psychiatrist
