What Could Throat Discomfort With Burping Issues Suggest?

sir i m feeling like if there is something struck in my throat or chest which causes me irritation and a bit of pain.due to this i feel suffocated and coughing starts .and all the time i am burping.whenever i drink even a single spoon of water ,i burp..please help me doctor..

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain feeling of something struck in throat along with chest discomfort and pain along with burping can be due to hyperacidity and intestinal gas formation leading to burping which might be bringing stomach acid back into food pipe and throat known as Acid reflux and causing the above symptoms..
You should consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and after a clinical evaluation he can advise you to get an Endoscopy done to confirm the cause..
Once the diagnosis is confirmed the physician the physician can advise you to take Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole, H2 blockers like anitidine, antacids, take high fibre diet, take more of probiotics like Yoghurt,drink plenty of water, do moderate workout,and avoid picy and acidic foods, also carbonated drinks..
