What Could The Gel Like Discharge With Sperms Be?

when i ejaculate i get gel like things in the semen, they are white. i have one testicle due to some operation in childhood. is this is the reason. iam trying to have a baby and its been 3 months since my wife and i are trying but no luck. iam worried its me!

First of all don't worry dear you are absolutely normal. Gel like thing in the semen is nothing but sperm and ejaculatory part which is normal. Couple is being considered as infertile when having sex for 12 months continuously and women not conceived. So keep having sex you will have baby soon.
