I am a 25 Year old male and have recently suffered from varicocele. It was quite severe with my internal tubes swelling to match my testicle size. After yanking on the chords from the outside, I experienced some pain from and redness in my inner thigh but then the swelling went away. I have been experiencing some issues with my testicles as of late. They feel as though they are shrinking and I have no idea what is going on. My medical doctor and a specialist both say that my size falls within the range but the feel and look of my testicles is off. The skin is softer and more loose, and my ejaculate is clearer and more runny then it use to be. The specialist told me not to worry about it until I get to a point where I am thinking about having children but I don t want it to be too late if I can do something now. I have been trying to kegel to see if that might help but so far my testicles seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Please help
