What Could Testicular Pull After Appendectomy Indicate?

I m 2 weeks post op open appendectomy. It was a complicated case and surgery was 2hrs I had a retrocecal appendix. I have a 4 inch incision to midline of abdomen right under the naval and then a 3 inch incision to the RED of the abdomen. I now feel a pulling sensation of my right testicle like the cord is pulling into my abdomen. Any suggestions? No testicular pain but just the annoyance of the pulling sensation.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of appendectomy 2 weeks back, was a complicated and lengthy procedure as it was retro-cecal appendix with long incision as you have described You now feel a pulling sensation on right testicle without any pain, which is annoying.
As per the history you have so well put in, this looks to be formation of the scar of the abdominal muscles that makes the cremaster muscles that hands the testes in the scrotum.
Since there is pull on the lower abdominal muscles, you ought to have the same feeling in the right testicle.
I would advise you the following:
Wait and watch policy.
Consult your Surgeon who operated you to have a clinical review. and get added the medicines as required.
