What Could Stomachache, Headache With Watery Stools Suggest?
Hi doctor, I went for dinner friday night, and all night had really bad stomach pains and headache. saterday i was sick 3/4 times quite heavily, i havent been sick sunday and today but still have a major headache, blocked nose and chesty cough (not helped by my asthma) ive not long gone just stomached some food, but had to go toilet and my fieces came out like water, it was horrible and getting excruitiating pain in my stomach, can u suggest anything or think why this is?

The stomach ache with watery stools are due to intestine infection.
Primary care as follows:
- Plenty of liquids
- Bland, vegan diet
- PPI as Omeprazole, GI specific antibiotic as Metronidazole, probiotics as lactobacillus will help great in recovery.
