What Could Stomach Pain In A Child While Standing Up Suggest?
my 4 year old has stomach pains especially when he stands up. He has no fever, is not vomiting and had a normal bowel movement earlier today. He has woken up crying with it and has now gone back to sleep but has been complaining of having a tummy ache since he came out of school this afternoon.
