I would like to suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for throat and posterior pharynx examination. Your lymph nodes should be palpated. Posterior pharynx examined ... It might show tonsillar abscess or tonsilitis.... Here second possibility could be bacterial infection of floor of mouth...below tongue ...that is called Ludwig angina.... If needed swab taken and according to sensitivity report antibiotic given. If large abscess there then incision and drainage needed. Salt water gargle done. Excess spicy food limited....
