I am having small bumps like pimples on my scalp. It is more in number on the back side of the head. Sometimes I feel like something is moving in my scalp. I have no lice neither any dandruff problem. and when I touch these small bumps sometimes its very painful. There is no bleeding neither puss. Cannot sleep well at night as it hurts when I keep my head on pillow. I had these earlier ... I mean the bump like scars and it went off automatically after two months. But recently I cut my hair and the barber used the comb because of which it showed up again after two days.... Kindly guide me...
