Hi I have been having sharp pains at the top of my inner thigh, and an aching in my lower abdomen, a lot like a bad period pain, even though my periods stopped 2 years ago. It is painful after standing or sitting for a while too. When walking the aching sometimes spreads to my hips and lower back too. I am 52 and this problem has been happening for about a week now. I had a tvt operation in 2008 and am worried it may be the cause somehow.
