Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to Cluster headache or SUNCT.

I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful neurological exam and some tests:

- a brain MRI
- complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation or infection
- blood electrolytes

Based on the above test results, you should discuss with your doctor on the possible treatment options.

Kind regards, Dr. Aida
