welcome to Health care magic.
1.The reports there is a complex cyst in the right adnexa ( where ovaries and fallopian tube) The description of the cyst more towards malignancy.
2.Presence of echogenic foci will tells us the content is not clear fluid but blood content.
3.In this condition before you plan fro pregnancy - you need to evaluate the cyst, an FNAC / BIOPSY maybe needed to confirm the diagnosis, and removal may be necessary.
4.I would recommend treat / operate the cyst before plan for pregnancy - as complications can be expected.
5.Get an MRI pelvis for better delineation of cyst, its extensions and origin before plan for surgery. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
