What Could Red Spots In Circles In Inner Thigh While Being Sexually Active Be?

I have this red spot on my inner thigh. It s not itchy, it s a perfect circles and they are multiple. I m not allergic to anything. I am sexually active with my long term boyfriend. I have tried to find something similar on the internet and nothing. Could It be a bug bite? I m thinking of going to the doctor tomorrow morning.

Hi

The kind of skin lesions you have could be suggestive of either a fungal infection of the groin area or they could be due to something like a bed bug bite reaction .
Since you are planning to see your local doctor in a day , it would be better to avoid application of any creams over it.
You might need to be treated with topical antifungal a or topical steroids after complete assessment .
