What Could Red, Itchy Spots On Stomach With Bloating And Nausea Indicate?

My 10 yr old daughter got a red sore itchy spot on her stomach , three days later another red sore itchy spot appeared. No fever no runny nose etc... Today she has got another 10 small red spots, all on her tummy. She says she feels bloated and like vomiting. What do u think it could be.
