What Could Red Bumps On Buttocks Of An Infant With Whiteheads Around Them Indicate?

My son is 20 months old and yesterday I got home from work to find him playing outside with his grandmother. When I picked him up I noticed he was soaking wet and had some poop in his diaper as well. I immediately went to change him and noticed red bumps with white head looking things around his butt and on the inner parts of his right thigh. I ve tried boudreauxs butt paste and Desitin on his bottom and it seems to help a little but today the white heads are gone and it s just red but it looks to be spreading down his leg. I have no idea what this could be?! I ve also tried a eczema prescribed cream on his leg starting today

Without actually seeing them, skin lesions are difficukt to assess. Its always better to attach some images for the lesion.

Anyways, it seems to be baby nappy rashes. And it needs a Rashnil cream to be applied 4times a day. It will go away. Don't worry and keep the baby clean all the time. Try to leave the baby for sometime daily without diaper too.
