What Could Recurring Pain In Stomach With Headache Indicate?

My daughter is complaining of a headache and stomach ache. She also says that she is very cold. This is the 2nd day of this, we have tried pain killers for the headache and Pepto for the stomach. The headache went away for a while but now it is back. What could this be?

I understand your concern.
She could be suffering from stomach infection.
I would advice such a patient a patient coming to me to undergo few tests.
1.Abdominal sonography
2.Haemogram to rule out dengue and bacterial infection.
3.Dengue NS1 Antigen test
3.Malaria antigen test
Follow up with these lab reports with local doctor.

Antispasmodic medications can help to relieve abdominal pain.
