What Could Recurring Lump Between Testicles And Buttocks Indicate?
when an area of skin often trapped under other skin (area under testicles and between them and the legs, or inner butt cheeks) gets and stays wet (most often from trapped sweat, but also not fully drying after a shower) a hard and painful lump forms about the size of a Us quarter, and goes away after a few days. what is this and how can it be treated?

By your description this could be recurrent infection of sweat glands consistent with condition called Hidradenitis suppurativa. Common risk factors are smoking and diabetes. Keep area clean/dry and refrain from applying any perfumed products. You should also see in person a dermatologist if this is recurring.
