As per my clinical experience, the symptoms of
chest pain brought at resting do indicate possible stress or
anxiety manifestation regarding particular thoughts of some disease entity. In the actual organic cause, many of the times it remains persistence or even exacerbate after working but not at rest.
Guidelines at present:
- Involve more in meditations and YOGA
- Deep breathing exercises
- Walking in fresh air
- Avoid smoking (active or passive) if involved
- Use local spray of
Diclofenac, linseed oil or Capsaicin
- Tablet
Ibuprofen in case of pain beyond 4 score out of 10, preferably after lunch and with antacid medicine
- Avoid panic and stress
- Consume sound regular sleep of 7 hours
- Eat nutritious diet
- Prescription of
vitamin B12, Methylcobalamine and trace elements
- Avoid weight lifting with left hand
