What Could Rapid Heartbeat With Hard Breathing Indicate?

I m 18, I recently woke up out my sleep to use the restroom and I suddenly had a rushing heart beat. And also feels hard to breath. I m an active women in general. so I don t know what s going on priar to the random rushing hard best and hard breathing, I had a head ache for 2 days. I don t know if that s a sign for something or just a random thing with nothing to worry about

I Can understand your concern

rapid heart beat had number of causes
anxiety is one factor and you need to undergo once the ECG test to confirm it ..if anxiety is there after rest it wil comedown ok,

thyroid disorder is an another factor so have a test of thyroid profile .
remaining mostly structural abnormilties of heart .

so I would like to suggest have ech ,2d echo test will show you the diagnosis ..ok
during this rapid heart rate patient may feel difficulty in breathing . ok it will subside ..
