General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Vein in the scrotum, usually indicates varicocele. You may palpate noodles like structures near the scrotum. It usually causes a discomfort or pain in testis and can be treated with surgery.
Lump on testicle can not be ignored. This can be benign cyst of testicle or epidydimis but it can also be a cancer.
That is why I suggest you to visit urologist and have testis ultrasound done. This should rule cancer out.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
